Order the band tries to fix its location. Higher = tried first. Satellite (GPS) is most accurate outdoors; WiFi works indoors.

Asks the watch for a fix straight away (GPS when it can, otherwise WiFi / cell). It picks its own source; there is no priority setting.

How often the band reports its position (1–1440 min). Lower = more up-to-date, more battery.

How often the watch reports its position (1–1440 min). Applies within seconds while it is connected.

How often heart rate / temperature are measured (1–255 min).

How often heart rate and SpO₂ are measured (5–120 min). A watch straight from the factory sends steps only until this is set.

Sensitivity of the watch's own fall detector. Off disables the fall alarm on the watch.

Pushes the device's emergency contacts (those with a phone number) to the watch: the first three are dialled in order when the SOS key is held, all of them may call the watch. Re-sent automatically whenever the family edits contacts.

The SIM inside this band. "Valid until" drives the SIM expiring / expired alerts, so a lapsed prepaid pack is not mistaken for a dead band.
