Asks the watch for a fix straight away: GPS when it can get one, otherwise WiFi or cell. The answer lands on the map within seconds while the watch is connected.
The watch's own fall detector. A detected fall is raised as an SOS on this firmware. Low ignores road bumps in a vehicle; Off disables the fall alarm on the watch.
Sends this device's emergency contacts that have a phone number to the watch: holding the SOS key dials the first three in order, and all of them can call the watch. This is re-sent automatically whenever the contacts change.

How often heart rate, blood pressure and temperature are measured while worn. Blood-oxygen detection needs at least 2 minutes.
How often the watch measures heart rate and SpO₂ (5 to 120 minutes). The current India firmware has not acknowledged this setting; manual readings from the watch menu always upload.
GPS first is the field setting: satellite fix outdoors, WiFi indoors. WiFi first almost never tries satellites in a city. Bluetooth needs beacons.
